Hello.
Two friends lie flat on a bridge, before them a path with occasional whizzing mechanisms and behind an empty mansion perched on the kaleidoscopical shadows of rain tress. Watching the pink distraught bougainvilleas, Ising yell out words from a familiar song that has been reiterating in my head these few nights; in that state of drunkenness, I babble words taken from midnight prayers of desperation and depression. She hears them and sighs. We sing on, lying on that quiet place, under the starless night sky, drunk and bewildered with the helplessness of situations.
Invisible metal birds hover over our heads as we sit in our green cage, singing and waiting for our ride to meander down the path. We sit and wait for our salvation.
